Session 08: Life with the Spirit

Passage: John 16:4–15

 

Reflect:

  1. How could Jesus say that it’s to our advantage that he would leave?

  2. What does Jesus say the Spirit will do for us? What do these things look like practically?

  3. How would you describe your relationship with the Holy Spirit? Where would you like this to grow?

Do:

Take 15 minutes to read this passage again and then pray specifically to the Holy Spirit. Ask how he wants to lead and guide you. Take time to consider how he might be prompting you. At least one time this week, ACT on one of those promptings, even if you’re not sure, even if you don’t know how it will turn out. Later, process how it felt to act on that prompting.
